Rajesh K. Parthasarathy, President and CEO

Rajesh Parthasarathy is the Founder, President, and CEO of MENTISoftware Solutions.  A subject matter expert in the areas of internal controls, compliance, and information security, Rajesh has developed a reputation for innovation and has introduced a number of successful products to the market.  He has been recognized as a Rising Star in Corporate Governance by the Yale Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance, and named a Security Industry Leader by Standard & Poor’s Society of Industry Leaders. Rajesh also advises state and local governments on information security matters.

After beginning his career as an auditor at one of the Big Four Accounting firms, Rajesh went on to co-found an accounting and investment consulting firm.  From designing and implementing custom solutions, he moved to implementing ERP tools for Fortune 100 companies as a consultant.  His innovation in consulting to this market led to a senior role at a software product firm, where he enjoyed considerable success in designing and engineering solutions for the internal controls, security, and compliance marketplace.

Recognizing a number of loopholes in the area of information security and the protections necessary at the database and application level, Rajesh founded MENTISoftware in early 2004 to continue his tradition of delivering pioneering market-ready security and compliance solutions.

Rajesh is the former Chairperson of the Internal Controls and Security Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Oracle Applications User Group. The SIG is a forum for the users of Oracle's ERP solution to learn and collaborate on issues involving internal controls and information security. As a thought leader in the database security and compliance arena, Rajesh is asked to speak at various conferences, SIG meetings and universities.

Rajesh, a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds a BA in Accounting from Madras University, a Diploma in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, and an Honors Diploma in Advanced Systems Management from Informatics Computer Systems of India.

Al Migliaccio, Vice President, Strategic Accounts

Al is responsible for strategic accounts at MENTIS. With over 25 years as a sales leader in large technology companies as well as with several startup companies, Al's depth of experience has consistently produced exceptional financial results and strong client relationships. At MENTIS, Al leverages his sales leadership and a strong technology background, with experience in enterprise software, applications, integration, and service, to enable him to translate MENTIS' business value proposition into customer value and a meaningful ROI.

Al has led sales initiatives for several Fortune-ranked companies, including Digital Equipment Corporation, Unisys, Wang Labs, and Oracle, among others. At Digital Equipment, he multiplied sales and revenue in his roles as National Sales Manager and Strategic Sales Team Manager; as Vice President, Major Accounts for Unisys, he started a new division for 90 Fortune 500 accounts in five vertical markets. Most recently, Al has focused on emerging technology companies and founded Jamis, a strategic and consultative selling organization where he has a successful track record with large account management and new account sales.

Al received his BS from Penn State University in 1966.

Paula Capps, Senior Vice President, Operations

Paula Capps is Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for day-to-day Company operations and for facilitating Mentis' rapid growth.

Paula brings to MENTIS nearly 25 years of experience in administration and business management. From owning a small business, she moved on to broadcasting, where she was Program Director for a chain of radio stations. Since that time, she has built on her operational and management experience to take on increasingly responsible roles through long stints at leading consulting and Fortune 500 firms. Among these are: The Boston Consulting Group, where she held a senior administrative role, managing operations and budgets for such units as facilities, travel, and support/contract staff, among others; and Computer Sciences Corporation, where she recently completed an eight-year stint in the leading administrative management position in the Office of the President of CSC 's Healthcare Group.

Paula completed a liberal arts major and minor at Harding University in 1979.

Elisabeth Veltman, Marketing

Elisabeth Veltman works with MENTIS on their brand, marketing strategy and content. Elisabeth has over fifteen years of management experience integrating technology, business and the customer. She has worked with many types of sales, service, product development and marketing forces, drawing an organization's multiple functions into one that is customer-facing.

Elisabeth owns Blue Pearl Customer Strategies, a marketing and customer experience firm in Grand Rapids, MI. She has held senior management positions in a variety of industries and in both privately held and public corporations based in New York City. These include Director of Client Services for Tickmark, Inc. (now Applimation, Inc.), a software tools company in the Oracle Applications enterprise software market, where she created and managed post-sales strategic customer planning, planning and overseeing their CRM effort. She was also Director of the Information Office at Columbia Artists Management, Inc., responsible for strategy and integration of business and technological solutions across all business units, overseeing the development of their in-house CRM application. Prior to this, she was a Senior Data Analyst and Vendor Liaison at Lehman Brothers, where she worked with internal fixed income clients. She led the research and construction of data content for the Lehman 144a Index and the first Lehman Euro Aggregate Index.

Elisabeth has been on the faculty of Baruch College's continuing and professional studies division of the City University of New York where she taught the Fundamentals of Customer Service & Experience. She holds a Masters in Music from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music and in German from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
